The lodge features three spacious bedrooms: two with comfortable king‑size beds and one twin room with two single beds.

 

Each bedroom has its own private en‑suite:

 

• Master bedroom: shower enclosure, toilet and bidet

• Second king‑size bedroom: bath, separate shower enclosure, toilet and bidet

• Twin bedroom: shower enclosure, toilet and sink

 

All bedrooms are equipped with built‑in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, and a hair dryer for guest convenience.

Modern Open-plan Living

Designed to showcase the beauty of Highland Perthshire, the open‑plan living area features a soaring vaulted ceiling and a sweeping picture window with double French doors opening onto the balcony. This bright, contemporary space brings the lochside views right into the heart of the lodge, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing self‑catering break.

 

The master bedroom shares the same connection to the outdoors, with its own picture window and French door leading directly onto the balcony — ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings near Aberfeldy and Pitlochry.

 

In the lounge, two soft leather sofas and an upright armchair offer a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring the local area.

 

For entertainment, the lodge includes a 40‑inch HD Sony television with all Freeview channels, along with a DVD player and music system.

  • Well equipped modern kitchen with top of the range appliances: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher.

 

  • Combination washing machine / tumble dryer, iron and ironing board

 

  • Kitchen also stocked with everything else you might need: toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, and pantry items.

Important Information for Your Stay

 

To maintain a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, please note:

 

  • Each lodge accommodates up to 6 guests, with a minimum age of 35 for the primary renter

  • Non‑smoking accommodation

  • No pets permitted

  • Not suitable for stag, hen, or similar party groups

  • Electric vehicle or motor‑vehicle charging is not permitted at the lodge

  • We’re unable to offer storage for bicycles, canoes, body boards, or similar equipment

  • BBQs are not permitted on site (as required by the Glengoulandie Lodge Owners’ Association)

  • Fishing is not allowed on the Lochan (also per the Owners’ Association)

  • Fully wheelchair accessible, with all rooms on one level

  • A car is recommended for exploring the area, though taxis are available
