Complete your reservation
You can pay in full, or choose Offline Payment so we can arrange either a 25% deposit with the balance due 35 days before arrival, or full payment.
Minimum stay
Our minimum stay is 3–6 nights, depending on the season.
After you book
Once confirmed, your reservation details will automatically appear in the booking section.
If you cancel during the booking process
If you cancel mid‑booking, your selected dates may briefly show as unavailable. Clearing your browser history, cookies, or temporary files will fix this, or you can contact us for assistance.
No hidden fees
We do not charge any hidden booking fees or service charges.
Booking Policy
Before sending a reservation request, we kindly ask for a little background and what you’d be looking forward to from your stay. We care deeply about every guest having the best possible holiday experience. Getting to know the people who stay with us helps us offer the warm, personal service we’re known for.
We would really appreciate you getting in touch before booking. It’s also a great chance to ask any questions and make sure everything is just right.
If you book without contacting us first, we may follow up by email if we need any extra information.
Important information
To help keep Glengoulandie peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, please note:
• Maximum of 6 guests per lodge
• Primary renter must be 35+
• Children welcome from age 10
• Non‑smoking accommodation
• No pets
• Not suitable for stag, hen, or similar party groups
• No EV charging at the lodge
• No storage for bikes, canoes, paddleboards, etc.
• No BBQs on site (Owners’ Association policy)
• No fishing on the lochan (Owners’ Association policy)

About our lodges
Our website shows only our two lodges and their interiors, which are unique to us. Other properties at Glengoulandie are privately owned and operate independently of us and each other.
We are local and are on site frequently, so we’re always close at hand if you need assistance or advice.
Cancellation Policy
• 60+ days before arrival: 100% refund of amount paid.
• 30–60 days before arrival: 50% refund of amount paid.
• Within 30 days of arrival: no refund, but we are happy to offer the opportunity to reschedule where possible.
