Three Bedrooms, Sleeps Six

  • Three generous-sized bedrooms, two with comfortable king-size beds, other with two single beds

​

  • All bedrooms en-suite.  Master bedroom en-suite with shower enclosure, toilet and bidet. Other king-size bedroom en-suite with bath, separate shower enclosure, toilet and bidet. Twin room en-suite with toilet, sink and shower enclosure.

 

  • All bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. Hair dryer also provided.

Modern Open-plan Living

  • Open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area with high vaulted ceiling, and large picture window with double French doors opening out on to balcony to make the most of the amazing views.

  • Master bedroom also with large picture window and French door opening out on to balcony

  • Lounge with two comfortable leather sofas and an upright armchair

  • 40 inch HD Sony Television with all Freeview channels, DVD player and music system provided.

  • Kitchen also stocked with everything else you might need: toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, and pantry items.

Are We Right for Your Holiday?

  • Ideal setting and accomodation for older family holidays ( minimum age 10 years old for children), activity based holidays, a romantic get away, a writer's or meditation retreat

  • Each of our lodges is strictly for a maximum of 6 people, with minimum age of primary renter 30 years old

​

  • No children (persons under 18 years) to be left alone in the Lodge

​

  • No smoking

​

  • Strict no pets policy

​

  • Not suitable for stag or hen type parties etc.

​

  • Charging of electric cars or other motor vehicles at the Lodge is not permitted 

​

  • No bicycles, canoes, body boards etc to be stored in or around the property

​

  • No BBQs permitted on site

​

  • Wheelchair accessible (all on one level)

​

  • A car is recommended, taxis are available in Aberfeldy
